I Need Management

At EPM Iowa, LLC we pride ourselves on our ability to rent your home to a quality tenant, in a timely manner. We make it our priority to treat your rental property the same as we treat our own.  

We understand that you are not making any money if your house sits vacant. Unlike most of the rental companies in the area, we do not charge you a management fee unless your home has a tenant in it.

We keep our rates simple, we charge a percentage of the gross collected rent, and a tenant placement fee. You will notice that we do not charge a lease renewal fee, a mailing fee, or any of the other fees that most companies charge. We believe in keeping it simple and understandable.

We will do periodic inspections of your property, and ensure that the tenants are treating the home well. If there is something obviously wrong, we contact the tenant and take the necessary action.

One feature of EPM Iowa, LLC is our online web portal. It allows the owners to check the status of their rental at any time. It has a copy of the management agreement, lease agreement, and any other documents that you may need.
